- Advising a private construction and development consortium on a proposed project for the creation of the world’s first global sporting community project (with a dedicated sports’ museum), to include state-of-the-art technology and bringing the world’s top athletes together with a fully integrated local community.
- Advising a UAE-headquartered property development company on the proposed development of a large-scale waterfront project into an integrated tourism complex, including the preservation of one of the region’s most historic souks.
