Ben heads up the corporate and commercial practice in Saudi Arabia and across the Middle East. His practice encompasses all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, IP protection and crossborder transactions. Ben has represented family businesses, private companies, government entities, buyers, sellers and investors in all aspects of trade across a broad range of industry sectors, including family businesses, sports, media, entertainment, technology, cultural projects, manufacturing and distribution. He has also gained experience of many multi-jurisdictional transactions managing other law firms and coordinating cross-border as part of a seamless team. Ben has been based within the region for over fifteen (15) years, working throughout the various jurisdictions of the GCC and wider MENA region.

Before joining Veritas, Ben qualified as a barrister-at-law, set up and managed the largest international law firm in Oman and worked in the United Arab Emirates for a leading US-headquartered law firm.
