- Advising MEFIC Capital and holding company ROAA Media Ventures of Saudi Arabia on the establishment of a US$ 100 million fund for the development of film, media and entertainment in the Kingdom for local and international investors. The investment will cater to the production and distribution of films and will promote local talent in the Kingdom and the region at large.
- Advising a government entity in relation to its proposed design, construction, operation and management agreements for a luxury, high-end nightclub and food and beverage venue located on Yas Island in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
- Advising a Sovereign Wealth Fund on its acquisition of the assets of a large-scale Water Park for leisure and entertainment from ASAAS (Muscat National Development and Investment Company SAOG).
- Advising Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management LLC, as the operator of the Etihad Airways Formula OneTM Circuit, in relation to all their legal matters for a four (4) year period, including the creation and development of all related leisure and entertainment activities (driving experiences, fun runs, cycling events, triathlons, go-karting, drag racing, high performance vehicle testing and venue hire).
- Advising a government entity in relation to the re-negotiation of a multi-million-dollar facilities and asset management agreement for the ongoing management and operation of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
